Arrival and Departure  

On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to check out of your room until 11:00 p.m. We are keen to consider your room requests, but we can only confirm the type of room, not the floor or the exact number of the room.

Booking

We ask you to confirm in writing every room booking (via fax, e-mail or letter). Thereafter you will get a written confirmation from our side, too. In case of errors in our offers the prices of the current price list are always valid.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed in the room types “Standard-room” and “Comfort-room”. We feel sure you will understand that your dog is not allowed in the dining room and the spa area. Price: € 7,00 per day

Non-smokers

We are a non-smoking hotel. Therefore the statutory smoking ban is valid in every room and in every public space of our hotel. It is always possible to smoke outside.

Travel cancellation insurance

In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure the following terms of cancellation are valid:

• until 30 days before the day of arrival: free of charge
• 14 days before the day of arrival: 50 per cent
• 7 days before the day of arrival: 80 per cent
• less than 6 days before the day of arrival: 100 per cent (less cost of food)

Therefore we recommend you our travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

The bill can be paid by cash, cheque, EC-, Visa- and Mastercard.
